The Guest Display cabinets of Warhammer World have been a-buzz with activity today, with Golden Demon winning miniatures moving around, and new Guest Display collections coming on show.
Golden Demon Winners’ Display
Originally due to end on October 13th, the majority of the Golden Demon Winners’ Display will still be on show until Friday November 24th. This is because many of the skilled painters will be here on November 25th and 26th for the Warhammer 40,000 Open Days, so they have kindly agreed to continue showing their miniatures until that weekend.
Some of the miniatures have already gone back to their award winning painters, so we have moved parts of the display around into fewer cabinets – but there is still a lot to see if you want great painting inspiration.
The Astral Templars
After a brief foray onto display earlier this year, we now have James Karch’s gleaming Stormcast Eternals permanently on show until Friday January 12th. Complete with all the Stormcast Eternal characters, multiple Stardrakes and Dracoths, and even more, it’s an impressive collection to behold.
Michael Anderson’s Miniatures
One of the Guest Display shelves is now host to a small collection which may be familiar to you from White Dwarf pages of a few years ago. Mike, a previous member of the Design Studio, has kindly loaned some of his older miniatures for display, with intricate converted details and dramatically posed dioramas.
As well as the Guest Displays, of course there are the thousands of professionally painted Citadel and Forge World miniatures on display, and over 20 dioramas to see.
If you want to see the Golden Demon winning miniatures though, make sure to get here before the end of November 24th!
